Clinical Director (BCBA)

We are currently looking for a licensed BCBA interested in a full-time Clinical Director position overseeing our clinical team in Oswego, IL. This role would be responsible for holding a caseload and serving as a BCBA for this clinic while supporting a Clinic Manager, a team of BCBAs, and a team of Behavior Technicians.
What Will You Be Doing?
Partner with Corporate Operations to onboard new learners for services.
Manage, train, and support a team that may consist of BCBAs, center operations staff, and Behavior Technicians.
Conduct regular competency audits with clinical staff, including observations and 1:1 meetings.
Regularly observe monthly BT check-in meetings for support.
Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard center operations staff and BCBA team members in partnership with Regional Director.
Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Behavior Technicians, as needed.
Collect KPI data and analyze in comparison to the goals set by yourself and the Regional Director.
Carry a caseload dependent upon the number of BCBAs and operations staff supported.
Provide day-to-day case management for learners receiving behavior analytic services in various settings (clinic, home, school, community, telehealth).
Conduct formal assessments for new and existing learners.
Deliver minimum billable treatment hours pursuant to caseload size weekly to ensure utilization of authorized learner treatment hours including but not limited to protocol modification, caregiver training, assessment or adaptive behavior treatment.
Assist with the supervision of Advanced Fieldwork Students as assigned.
Provide direct 1:1 sessions as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities
Ability to meet minimum billable expectations.
Flexibility in scheduling to respond to clinic and client needs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software, including but not limited to Google Workspace and Central Reach.
Must pass and maintain a satisfactory background check.
Ability to earn and maintain a CPR certification (training provided).
Ability to earn and maintain a QBS training certification (training provided).
Education and Experience
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (required).
Active BCBA certification (required).
Five or more years of experience working as a BCBA (preferred).
Two or more years of director-level experience related to ABA services.
